The fuel injection pump consists of an electric motor, a pressure limiter, and an inspection valve. The electric motor actually operates in the fuel inside the pump housing, but there is nothing that can ignite. Fuel can lubricate and cool the motor. A check valve is installed at the fuel outlet, and the pressure limiter is on the pressure side of the fuel pump housing, with a channel leading to the inlet.
The function of the fuel pump is to suck out fuel from the tank, pressurize and deliver it to the supply pipe, and cooperate with the fuel pressure regulator to establish a certain pressure. Then the pump delivers high-pressure fuel to the distribution pipe, ensuring a continuous supply of fuel to the injector.
